We stayed here for 3 nights in November for city break. Hotel was immaculate, gym was 24 hours which was great. Room was very tidy and freshened up every day whilst we were out. Kettle, water, and tea provided in rooms. Amazing view out over Berlin (slightly restricted atm due to scaffolding however cant complain at the price we booked the King Suite for). Good hotel in a decent location for sightseeing and shopping. Loved the separate shower and toilet area. Nice big bed and powerful shower.
Only downsides were the pancake-flat pillows (we asked for more) and the lack of a USB charging point. Expensive breakfast so we walked a few minutes down the road and found a few different places to try. Overall, would stay here again....

Very nice cosy hotel , great location , and excellent staff
The only thing is , the room has a window you can not open to get some fresh air , nice view of Berlin though! ...

Staff were so helpful and friendly
Room was stunning and so comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices
And you are so central to everything .
