Where to begin?
They provided a relatively clean room, if somewhat small for the price.
Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to but eventually performed reasonably.

This hotel is perfectly acceptable but not a trip highlight. For a clean and reasonably priced stay you won't be sorry you chose it. The location is good, a five minute walk from the huge Zoological Gardens transit station, from which you can easily get to the airport or anywhere in Berlin. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Berlin for 4 nights in mid-April 2024. Very friendly service at the reception.
Our room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. Shower had good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well.
Our rate did not include breakfast - we added a buffet breakfast for 25 euros a person per day - a bit pricey but easier than walking around looking for a breakfast place. Hotel is ...

The upside, the room was clean and some of the staff was friendly and helpful. The downside, the room was pretty small for the price but the thing that bothered us the most was the first impression we got. The woman that checked us in acted as if we didn't belong there (we don't "wear our money") and made a weird statement about the fact that we were using a different card for our deposit as opposed to the one we use...

I would highly recommend staying here if you are running the Berlin Marathon. Being from North America, I had a preference to stay at a hotel that was a known brand to me.
