The service by Rafa, Mario, Felipe are exceptional. Made sure we had our room ready and let us checked slightly early! The bed is so comfortable! Breakfast selections are superb!! You could not want for anything else! It caters for all taste and requirements! We have had a wonderful time visiting Berlin and the Christmas markets. Our hotel was very close to historic attractions in the city and had excellent transport links. We took advantage of the day pass for travel.

Pleasant hotel close to many different sites of interest

The Eurostars Berlin Hotel is squeezed in close to the railway in Berlin. Location is good with a number of different attractions in walking distance.
Room is good with lots of space and with a nice bathroom as well. The room had a view into the hotel meaning that privacy might be a thing if you don't close the curtains.
Breakfast was also good and the staff were friendly....

Very good position for all major city buildings. Very corporate type of hotel but great bedrooms. Bar a little souless and restaraunt only open for breakfast. Many nearby places to eat. Staff are adequate but generally lacking great customer service....

This hotel is absolutely glorious, fantastic location and really helpful friendly staff. My wife and I stayed for two nights to visit the City and enjoy the Christmas markets. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It is centrally located next to transport links as well. The breakfast was beyond doubt the best we had ever had. Fantastic choice including sparkling wine if you wanted. Loved it! ...
