Returned to Berlin for a final night after visiting Berlin earlier in the week followed by 3 nights in Leipzig. Had hoped we had kept the best hotel to the end. However, a little disappointed. We booked the Executive Suite as a special final night for ourselves. Dont stay here, find another hotel
Travelled on 10/2024
I waited for over an hour in a queue through the lobby to check-in. The food was bland and tasteless. The toilet seats were cheap and flimsy; so much so that my toilet seat cracked!
Housekeeping didnt even report it so I went down to reception to report it.
The hotel still didnt replace it and I cut my bum on it that evening. I reported it again and they eventually changed it the next day: two days after it broke....

Really impressed with the cleanliness, facilities and staff. I made a few requests: roses for my partner and a view. The staff excelled in all areas and absolutely nailed it. I'd recommend booking through their website and giving them a ring. Reasonable price, and just really happy with absolutely everything. Was boiling hot and the swimming pool was a saviour!...

The staff are amazing, great attention to detail in their standards. High quality in every aspect of the hotel. Rooms are really comfortable, great aircon, pool was cool, breakfast was amazing and the Spanish barman was amazing. Would highly recommend and I will come back ...

My stay at Eurostars Berlin was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Traveling with friends, we chose to book an Executive Suite for a week-long stay, expecting comfort and quality. However, upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the room did not live up to its promised standards.
