The apartment was nice, and the staff were helpful, especially when my daughter needed assistance seeing a doctor. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite being scheduled to clean on the third day, the cleaning lady never came, even after follow-ups. My daughter had to request towels directly, but she was given bath mats instead. I am writing to share feedback on our recent stay, which was unfortunately unpleasant:
Spa Closure: Upon arrival, we discovered the spa was not operational. This was disappointing as we had enjoyed previous stays and specifically booked again to use the spa. The promotional materials (pictures) and booking sites featured the spa, and it was not clear to us that it was closed.

When we made the reservation through the Andina website, we were informed that taxes and fees were 0. On the last line, the total was indicated in euros and a sentence that said taxes and fees included. When checking out, they gave us the receipt where, in addition to what we had booked on the website, they charged us taxes and fees.

NO HOT TUB or POOL

fyi there is NO HOT TUB or POOL (which is why we chose this place). TripAdvisor lists those as amenities but they do not exist. There is only a sauna, which is nice but very small.
The bedroom apartment we booked was clean. However it smelled like many many parties had preceded our visit.
Staff were very nice despite being somewhat overwhelmed....

Was met by a nice receptionist who took care of a room change because of a defect window.
The room was very clean and the size was perfect.
The hotel is placed nearby all kind of public transportation, and to a well assorted supermarket.
Breakfast is okay, but not the best....
