The rooms on that hotel were just ok, the cleaning service was minimal, and the soundproofing between walls terrible. But what got me out of my clothes is that I forgot my laptop charger there. I rang the reception and told them, and they said that they would ask the cleaning service because they had nothing on the excel. It is difficult to think of many positive things to say about this hotel, particularly considering the price and 4* rating. Upon arrival we were told that we had booked 2 single beds (despite booking double via booking.com and never having had an issue with this booking type previously) and the receptionist implied it was a big favour to put us in a room with 2 singles pushed together into a double. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the nearest metro station. The neighbourhood is being renovated with modern buildings and is very quiet. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets very local. For starters, Im not sure what relationship this hotel have with Expedia, but it needs working on since our original booking was cancelled without notice and Expedia said that the hotel would refuse to honour the original price.
