Nice hotel, polite and helpful staff

Good hotel, rates are a bit higher but overall service was good. Breakfast has limited options as not something you would expect in a 4-strar hotel. Reception staff and resturant staff were all nice and polite.
Pros:
4 mins walk to metro
nearby to a mall and beach
Cons:
No Iron in room

Excellent and Safe Stay Everything were perfect starting from check in until check out, rooms were clean and shower was Excellent , Shampo and amended were very good ...

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Several restaurants nearby. Small supermarkets everywhere and the metro is also nearby and then you are in the center in no time. Breakfast is good and extensive and there is even champagne for breakfast. Rooms are large and clean and quite large bathroom with bath. Staff is friendly and helpful. Have been here twice now and will definitely come back. Recommended!...

upon check-in, I paid a guarantee amount of 100 euros by card. the next morning when I left, they printed out a refund check and said that within a few hours or days the money would be returned, but the money was not returned...
