Fantastic hotel!
Stylish, good size room, comfy beds and great location! Stayed there fir 2 nights, and appreciate greatly hospitality by staff.
Receptionist Frederico, was the most friendly and helpful receptionist i have ever met in a hotel. Definitely deserves a payrise!

Florencia the receptionist was lovely, she provided great recommendations for the city and was extremely kind and welcoming.
Hotel was extremely clean and the faslcilities were great.
Wonderful hotel, really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend....

Great hotel. Front desk staff was amazing, very helpful! The room was very noisy when trying to sleep, sounded like the windows were open all night. Bed was comfy and room was unique. The location was great for taking in the sights as well as shopping and restaurants. overall we would recommend staying here....

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights with my husband. Great location and right beside the Urregell Metro stop for easy access to the city. Nice cafes and bars and restaurants within walking distance. We were very welcomed by Robert at Reception on check in and by far the best ever we had as he was so courteous and efficient in the process. He was so helpful in recommending ways to get around the city and wher...

The hotel had a lovely feel to it. It was clean and the room was spacious. It smelled lovely when you first step in and is a great location. Alessio on reception was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble! He recommend various places to try for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they did not disappoint. Staff seemed very friendly and always willing to help. Would stay here again if we get the chance to come...
