We were very satisfied with this hotel. The check-in was quick, the reception was always friendly and helpful.
The rooms were nice and bright, the mattresses were high quality. The bathroom was spacious. The room service was good and tidy....

Lovely place with stunning facilities, friendly receptionists and overall great central location for the rest of Barcelona. We arrived at our stay and were pleasantly surprised with what was to come. Greeted in with coffees, complementary snacks and an overall great service. If you are ever in need of a place to stay in Barcelona, this is the one!...

Most important things were good but a few small issues were slightly disappointing given the price point

Pros
- Clean room with large comfy bed.
- Reception staff very helpful.
- Nice to have option of gym and small pool.
- Great location.
- Decent aircon
(The most important stuff was good)
Cons
- Shampoo instead of hand soap by the main sink in the room (?)
- No tea/coffee facilities in the room - only mini bar
- Room key cards stopped working several times
- Breakfast selection okay but seemed to run out of things ...

The hotel was great the rooms are quite big same as the Bathroom we had a twin share room. The Room Service was a total rip off, when it came time to pay the delivery person was so quick on the eftpos that he did not select the correct currency & because of this I paid almost $75 AUD for a toasted sandwich, a burger & chips & a fruit salad cup no drinks! When I complained the delivery person just shrugged his shoulde...

Great stay experience

Very pleasant stay, with nice touches of art in the hotel rooms and a unique artist per floor. The continuous single shaft design of the hotel makes for a bit of noise if you're asleep at odd hours, but not to an amount some earbuds won't fix. Well situated, good service, would definitely use again on a subsequent visit....
