The hotel was giving a good service. There are personal, who are caring on your comfortable feeling in living there. I want to write separate please to Marlene, she helped us in many cases🫶. Another case, where we were astonished, that there a good cleaning service, everything was fine...

Very pleasant stay in the good hotel which is close to the train station Barcelona Sants and was a good option for us to stay overnight.
Staff was very welcoming and professional. We were pleased to be taken care of Andrea, Marlene and Gabriel....

Nice clean hotel in a very good location

We stayed here for three nights and the service was great the staff all kind and helpful and the room very clean and the location is wonderful close to everything and very safe . We specifically want to thank Marlene for her hospitality and kindness. She was very kind, sweet and helpful....

Great city visit hotel

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location for walking or taking public transport. Two metro stations within 5 minutes walk. Bus from the airport stops 5 minutes walk away on Place Espanya. Alex and Marlene on reception were very helpful. Overall we really liked it....

Lovely hot shower
Tasty breakfast and plenty of gorgeous coffee.
Would highly recommend this hotel - absolutely fantastic and the staff here really make it special.
Special thanks to Marlene and Gabriel on reception for all their amazing help and for looking after me so well....
