Nice hotel - comfy bed. We had a front facing room with a patio which was nice but lots of street noise on our first night. It was better the next 2. Helpful staff on the desk each day. There is a pool and rooftop deck but it was too chilly to use in October...

Pleasant Surprise in a great location

We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and thats exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldnt be judged by its facadewe were truly impressed.

I booked the hotel through Expedia. When I reached out to them regarding early check in since flight would arrived in the morning. Normally hotels would get back within 24 hrs; however they never did. When I arrived the hotel at noon time, the concierge put me on hold saying 15 minutes. Cleanliness is perfect. Room had a modern clean line design. It had a comfy bed and air con which is very important for relaxing in warm summer days, but there was something missing ! I cannot quite put my finger on it but for some reasons hotel was not comfortable for me at all! Maybe it was the decor, lighting, or the unfriendly, overly serious receptionist !
