Third visit and still having a terrible time navigating the hotel to find my way to the restaurant or rooftop terrace.

Yesterday was my third time to the hotel. Since my family and I live here and are big fans of Nobu restaurants worldwide, Im compelled to write this review.
The food is excellent as always. But that is the only good thing I have to say about the hotel.
The parking is imposible to find and navigating the hotel elevators and access to garage (twice the door and ticket parking machine were broken) and Ive found my...

This hotel redefines customer service.
I have honestly never experienced a more perfect level of customer service - even after 30 years of 5 star travel. The rooms are simply stunning - a beautiful aesthetic- all the clean lines you would expect of Nobu. The beds are better than the George IV in Paris and the pillows are fabulous.
The restaurant is of course wonderful as you would expect.

Only downside was I wasnt shown where the facilities were for example restaurant, spa ( I had to ask after my booking was made) and how to get to the rooftop terrace ( assumed it was closed therefore missed out)....

In general, normal price performance as a 5-star hotel: normal room(especially bathroom), normal breakfast.
However, service here is very good, all the staffs are very friendly. I love the pillows here, very comfortable. Highly recommend getting up to the rooftop to see the wonderful city views at night....
