Great location, quiet neighborhood, cozy and clean rooms. Raul greeted us with amazing recommendations for restaurants nearby the hotel and sights to see around the city....

Everything was great! The best, the staff so friendly!!!!!! Always careful to any detail or need that arises.
Perfect location and very close to the most central part of the city by public transport. Very quiet street, so perfect and relaxing rest. Recommendable!...

Very close location to the relatives, friendly and approachable concierge.
The only thing is, no complementary breakfast that makes the stay more expensive if you avail it....

Loved Raul at the reception. So warm and helpful and just kind. Room was cleaned to the highest standards every single day. Amazing people. AC working great, comfortable bed and pillows. The team helped me with putting my rose petals before we checked in into the room - which was amazing. They put it in the shape of a heart. So beautiful. A great hotel with all required amenities. The staff was super nice and the facilities were spotless. The AC worked well and was a godsend in the hot days. No problems with noise or troubles with other guests.
