I could not fault the hotel at all! We booked a room with a view onto La Rambla, it was lovely and really comfortable. The room and hotel were spotless and the staff were very helpful. The location is ideal for central Barcelona and I would definitely recommend!...

Dark room with windows facing a wall!

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in November. The advantages include its central location, which allowed us to walk everywhere. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the biggest drawback was our choice of room as both windows faced a wall. This made the room feel dark, small and claustrophobic. I inquired at reception if we could upgrade/change to a different room, but there wasnt anyth...

Perfect location near Casa Batllo and La pedrera. A lot of shops and other things near in the zone. The room was with a balcony and perfect for a couple....

I normally don't write negative reviews but this hotel was given such high ratings that I expected a lot more than we got. The best things I can relate are that it is close to attractions and very clean and safe. It is strictly a place to sleep. No food or wine service available in house. Coffee machine is temperamental. Currently staying at Mosaic, staying in a double room.
Pros: Good location if you like shopping, with many restaurants. You might not like it if highly touristy areas are not your thing. The check in process was quick and easy. I asked for help with a couple of things (extra pillows, issues with shower, and AC) and the service was prompt.
Cons: Smallest room I've stayed in all week, for the price, not a good value...
