We booked two twin rooms but received two doubles. Biut, that was OK.
The rooms were clean, tasteful, and had a great sized bathroom.
All rooms were cleaned every day.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Only disappointment was that we weren't allowed to use the pool.

What a fantastic hotel. Staff were great and courteous. Great central location. Very clean hotel with daily towels. The location was great and close to all the markets and lit up beautifully for Christmas. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to visit again...

Arrived 29.11.24 early and our room was ready, staff very friendly and efficient. Hotel is just off Las Rambles, people have mention feeling unsafe but we felt safe. Room was lovely and clean and big enough for the 3 of us, with a middle dressing table putting a bit of a divide between the sleeping areas. Arrived at hotel got to room and there was constant drilling work and noise.the manager called me after I called jet 2 said he would get back to me he didn't, I called jet2 again on second night and then went to see manager he offered another room but as we was only there for another night it was pointless. My issue was why put us in the room in the first place ? Why wasn't we informed there was building before we c...

Despite the few reviews saying this hotel was in a dodgy area....we disagree!. Fantastic local, authentic bar right at the end of the street. Non touristy area...but very close to La Rambalas !. Room was fine...yes , no kettle but great coffee machine & very clean & comfortable. The rooftop bar area & pool is a real bonus !...
