Staff make the hotel the best

From the moment we walked in to this hotel, me and my wife were made to feel so welcome, they couldn't do enough for us, a welcome drink, fruit, managed to get an early check in too. When we left, they kept our bags while we travelled around barcelona one last time before our flight home.
The room was very spacious, cosy and the shower was great!
I would not hesitate staying here, great location too, next to metro...

As a seasoned traveller this is by far the worst and most unsafe hotel I have ever been to. In fact a 1 out 5 rating is too high.
There is no security at this hotel - from the reception area, inside the lift, within the restaurant. Everywhere. Any Tom, Dick, and Harry can enter and exit this hotel at any time at their own free will. As a business hosting guests Im not sure how this is acceptable.

The rooms were clean and well taken care of.
The hotel was very conveniently located for us. There were nice breakfast and dining options a very short walk away, and we were right next to a subway station, allowing us to easily go anywhere in the city we wanted to go to. Even thought it was a longish walk, it was quite pleasant to walk all the way to Sagrada Familia.

The Leonardo Boutique Hotel Barcelona Sagrada Familia is a three-star hotel, a ten-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and very close to the metro. The service was good, the people are friendly, and it's clean. Would stay here again, recommend...
