Not a single negative thing to say about this hotel! Staff is friendly and accommodating. There are always multiple staff members at front desk, willing to assist you. Never had to wait for anything. All my emails were answered in timely manner. We had a complex reservation, where we booked multiple nights separately. Hotel cancelled without any notice! And it doesn't mention internal work is taking place!

In decades of travelling, I've never seen this: a hotel cancelling unilaterally a reservation without notifying the client! Simply unacceptable since I could have found myself with no room for that night.

Very nice upscale hotel expert staff. Good decor in rooms. Close to attractions. Great restaurant and lounge. Walkable to many area sights. Enjoyed this property and hope to return soon. Bus taxi and Uber all easy from here. Very clean and neat in appearance....

Great location within walking distance of many attractions. Welcoming staff, very happy to give recommendations for good local tapas restaurants. Room was clean, comfy bed. As others have said, walls are thin! We had a surprise sun terrace and private rooftop space. Sadly pool was closed for the season. Breakfast plentiful....

Clean, cozy option in the heart of the city

Great hotel located off a main street with a boutique hotel feel with great city views off the balcony. Rooms are spacious with plenty of living space and bathroom facilities. Hotel has a bar:restaurant attached with a pool on the main floor. Everything is within reach from restaurants and shops to all public transport. Taxes are also easy to procure with the hotel staffers help....
