The hotel exceeded expectations! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious with all amenities. Its very close to Arc de Triomf Metro station, so great for taking public transport. Its also about a 10 minute walk from many famous landmarks! Definitely will be staying again. ...

My husband and I had an amazing time in there. Everything was very tidy and clean, the bedroom was incredibly comfortable and wide, and I cannot forget to mention the excellent customer service. All staff were great, especially Max who gave us a very warm reception. We definitely will recommend and come back. Many thanks!...

Everything was perfect! From the start when the front of house Max help us out during the check in, he was proactive to encourage us to visit the hidden gems of Barcelona. Pretty handy tips!! The hotel was brilliant and I recommend. Many thanks!!...

I personally think that this hotel needs some extra training when dealing with people in general. On our arrival day we got given the room 316 and once we entered the room, there was this disgusting smell of cigarette to the point that we had to sleep with the windows open all night until we left. When I went to complain about it to see if we could change the rooms, the man at the reception pretended to look at his ...
