The location, services, rooms and especially the staff are all great. And I very much appreciated the affordability at a time when other hotels were overcharging. A very nice, positive experience and definitely recommended for either a large or small group....

In addition to the superb location (it really doesn't get better than staying on the Gran Via), Grupotel Gran Via offers excellent service and comfortable accommodation.
The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed - ours had a fridge, kettle,safe, robes; the only thing it lacked was a mirror over the dressing table. The rooms are furnished in a sleek, modern fashion. The room was spo...

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I want to mention Sabrina from the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay there comfortable and unforgettable. She really treated us like the family members. And one more important thing: great location!...

The hotel has a great location, the service is excellent from the front desk to the restaurant, the breakfast was also excellent, We would definetly stay here again. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. They have a big garden in the back where the pool is located and is great for relaxing....
