(+) We loved our room! Super comfortable bed with dreamy pillows. It was spacious and very clean.
(+) The bathroom was very well equipped and had a hairdryer. Body products by Rituals were a lovely surprise!

Were staying at the Grums Hotel for a weekend trip to celebrate my mums 70th. I emailed the hotel before and spoke to a very helpful lady Florencia, I told her it was a birthday and she could honestly not have made it any more special for us. I recently stayed at Grums Hotel in Barcelona, and while the rooms were fine, a few key issues impacted my experience. The hotel is clearly understaffed, which became apparent when they couldn't fulfill the complimentary drinks they offered upon check-in.
