Good location, hotel and staff are not very helpful nor do they have care about customers. We happened to be in a room with no air conditioning and they couldnt do anything because the manager wasnt there. When checking out, the manager was as useless as the rest of the staff. She cared more about the review we would make than how she can actually compensate us for the 2 stars vibe of the hotel. Would not recommend...

The location is perfect, with easy access to main transportation hubs like the train station and airport. The vibrant neighbourhood offers plenty of cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions, great for unwinding after work. The hotel amenities, including high-speed internet and well-equipped meeting rooms, were excellent. I highly recommend for business travellers seeking convenience, comfort, and leisure....

Terabol hotel , I had a bad experience in this hotel !!
There is no luggage services , we carry our luggage by our self !! Also , the reception guy called ( Sebastian) was very weird person. one night when he knows i will be going to do check out next morning. He text me and saying why you will be leaving!! I was afraid and didnt respond on his messages . He tried to call me by the hotel phone in very late time at 2...

No air con in a 4 star hotel! Booked 3 rooms and 2 room air con not working!

[Day 1]If you are going to stay in this hotel, first thing you need to check after getting in the room is air conditioner. It's NOT WORKING. Super hot! Can't sleep! Gave them 18 hours to fix it but no one care. Still no air conditioning. Super disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. (That's what they charge and claim on their website)

Hotel is really nice. Great location and walking distance to everything. Room was spacious and had nice views from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here in the future and would highly recommend for others to stay here too....
