The worst option in Barcelona!

Really bad place to stay! If you are visiting Barcelona you deserves a better place!
The worst option for New Year's Eve, they close the restaurant and bar and you have no options. Rude and tired staff!
We found a spider in the bathroom!

Highly recomended. Best locatin, very pleasant and kind stuff!!! We will be back again.. We had a see view and it was lovely. They have a briliant breakfast. Safe place, very clean and good for couples, families. The best price for perfect service. Thank you....

We stayed at this hotel for two nights pre-cruise. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choices of fresh food and choices of coffee.
BUT the best thing about the hotel was the service. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the safe (battery level low) which I reported and within minutes, not only was there ...

I made the mistake to stay at this hotel. I traveled alone & I took the top suite for 4 nights for $1500. The coffee machine and the safe did not work. The balcony sliders did not lock. Some make up and a high end hair accessory disappeared. The cleaning staff subpar. I had to stay another night for an event. I advised the reception the evening prior. Really nice hotel in a perfect area near the cruise terminal, convention Center and Maremagnum mall. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast expansive and fresh.
