booked junior suite, the room is big but old and very bed smell from bathroom, after two nights switch to another room but the problem still there, no compensation, on the other hand the stuff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Perfect location....

May have been a palace ... once... and a while ago

It may have been a palace once but it is not worth the five stars it claims to be.
Poor marketing and after sales.
Room not always clean... (glasses left uncleaned).
Mini bar not refiled...
In room Telephone not working properly, so does the aircon.
Finally took 15 min to register at the night desk at 3.00 and we were the only ones....
