Amazing stay

Excelente location.
Everyone at the desk, welcoming and chatty.
Breakfast was great and buffet all day was simply superb.
The room was big and the bed really comfortable.
I mentioned we were traveling for my boyfriend's birthday and they left an amazing gesture in the room.
Everything made our stay the best!...

Hotel Barcelona was just ok due to many issues and navigating to get to the property. First off there is no direct drop off or access in front of the hotel due to Las Ramblas street construction. You get dropped off at the end of the street and have to lug all your luggage etca whole city block to get entry. The front desk person wasnt that cheerful during check-in.
The buffet is nice for beverages and light break...

I had heard about this place from a website for cruisers. There were about 20 of us that booked here before a cruise. I cannot tell you how funny it was that we were all wondering why we were there. It reminded most of us of a hostel with free wine, beer and food snacks. We all paid a lot of money for what it was. Our cruise ship needed an extra day so many needed to find a hotel for second night. They charged twice ...

Great location although on La Rambla. Wonderful staff. Very good breakfast and 24/7 snacks. And good coffee ...
Safe. Quiet. Convenient. I especially loved the location.
Close to buses and metro. Easy to get to from airport taking aerobus. Although on La Rambla, it is close to the corner and you can avoid walking down La Rambla if you choose....

do not stay at this hotel. not friendly and made you feel like a burden

First we were not told the street in front of hotel was under construction so we got dropped off across the street and had to pull alot of luggage across the cobblestone las ramblas and it was a nightmare. We requested assistance when we left to get to the top of the street for our taxi to port. Was told they would assist, but next morning they said we don't do that.
