Could not sleep, very loud. Dirty bathroom.

We were very disappointed with their customer service and dirty bathroom. They also lie on their listing about the rooms being soundproof.
Do not book this hotel in the next couple of months as the street is very loud with construction work....

Hotel is very conveniently located, but room is little more than sufficient. The towels are what youd expect to find at a very old and neglected gym. The room was clean, but it is important to ask where it is located or you may get a view of a fence and brick wall. Thin walls made for a very noisy stay. Staff was very friendly....

Very decent for location and price. Kitchen setup was handy, water in shower was awesome, good ventilation. Liked the beverages in the lobby. Appreciated no cleaning and access to laundry. Staff were excellent. Draw backs were sad toiletries (bring your own) and towels. Hotel itself was quiet, not full of parties, but the outside did have a lot of people. Not problematic for me, but may be for some....

Great location. Easy check-in. The room is OK but looks much worse than the photos they advertise. The dog is barking from the room next door, which means that they allow animals. For the price paid for the room and considering the great location, highly recommended. This hotel is not suitable for a romantic trip or if you want to impress....

Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service, great location near Aerobus & restaurants & shopping, lovely shower with hot water, comfortable bed & excellent WiFi. Also the price versus quality is of great value. Thank you for everything & cant wait to be back...
