Terrible do not stay here staff is rude and at 8am there was a door slamming until check out. The staff did nothing and when I checked out they said oh the door is broken its the wind we have to fix it. Hey to the Vallet brothers fix these issues or do not rent the room! What do people go to hotels for? TO SLEEP!!! Do not bother with this poor establishment that is supposed to be a four star hotel! I should get a fu...

Good - superb location. A kilometre from Sagrada familia. Enough supermarkets around. Prefer to take Cadiz. Rest are just cheats. Great breakfast. Warm and welcoming staff. Rooms are decent with good facilities. Enough good restaurants all around.
Bad - cramped. The room we got was oddly shaped.
Overall , Great place. Do opt for it...

We arrived in Barcelona directly from Marocco with a night flight for which the time of arrival and departure was changed different times after our booking. So, we arrived at the Hotel at 4.00 am with a reservation for the same day. The hotel was fully booked and the night receptionist was extremely rude and aggressive to us. Arrived and room wasn't available which was fine. We repeated our req for twin room. Left our bags came back later on and got given a double room. They then moved us to a room another guest was already checked in to. Eventually they got us a twin room. Which they them checked in another guest to it. Clean hotel and English speaking staff who were friendly & helpful! Breakfast is amazing with a large variety of foods. A welcome drink from the bar is a lovely touch! Situated in a quieter part of central Barcelona. Taxi rank just outside the door that we found useful....
