Great hotel in the heart of the gothic quarter.

They checked me in 5 hours early which is always a good start to your stay. Also got a free room upgrade. Room was great and looked out over a cute quiet lane way. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa and steam room were great at the end of long days walking. Comfortable bed and everything looks brand new. Very high quality and also great value. Would definitely stay again....

Location was fantastic. Most importantly the staff at hotel was very exceptional. Right from Front Desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant staff. Everyone was willing to go out of the way to ensure you were having a great day. I cant recall all names- but Simon, Adam etc were exceptional when it came to customer service. We are a family of four who traveled for Christmas vacation. We found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean, good location, with a very pleasant staff all speaking more than enough English to help us with questions. Somewhat modern (as distinct from shabby chic) vibe. Good breakfast. Good value....

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before our cruise, arrival was easy, we got the express bus from the airport to the top of the Ramblas, from there it was an easy walk to the hotel. We arrived at noon so left our bags and went out to explore. When we did check into the hotel the staff were so friendly and professional offering advice about the hotel and the area. Great base to explore. We had a basic room on the ground floor. The only annoying part was the window faced directly into the seating area of the hotel, so on arrival we could see the back of someones head meaning we needed to keep the blind down at all
