Severe illness and a hospital visit are the direct results of the negligence of your hotel staff. Despite discussing the heating issue with your team twice and having staff come to our room on two occasions to check the system, we only received cold air instead of warm. Unfortunately, no action was taken, even though we were promised a room change.

Fabulous experience. Very neat and clean. The location of a hotel is superb. It's 2 mins walk to Las Ramblas. "LICEU" metro station is also 2 minutes walk to the hotel, which will connect you easily to any other location. The room size was decent. The bed was comfortable. This hotel was exactly what we needed for a conference in El Raval. The location of course was highly convenient, as many have noted, and it felt quite safe to us even coming home late. Plenty of people were out on the street late, but we didn't notice any noise from our room. This is a hotel in the truest sense, expect no bells and whistles, it's a lobby and a lift to the accommodation. The room itself was perfectly adequate and the bedding / towelling was clean and comfortable.
