The stay during New Year's Eve required a three-night minimum, totaling nearly £870. Upon arrival, the condition of the bed was noted to be unsatisfactory, with concerns about cleanliness, including the pillow and blanket. The state of the bedding appeared to indicate that sheets had not been changed for an extended period. Good hotel only for its location

Good location being almost on top of a metro station and opposite a shopping mall with a decent sized supermarket.
Room size is ok for one. Kettle and hairdryer are present. Room design is strange with an external door leading to a corridor with the bathroom, then an inner door to the bedroom. External door does not have peephole or the chain to fasten at the side for partial opening.

My husband and I stayed in a suite for one night. It was amazing, so luxurious and spacious, right on the Plaza de España. Then, we moved to our Luxury Escapes tour room for the next 2 nights. What a let down! The room was old and worn, poorly furnished. The bathroom was very basic, with a shower in a very narrow bath that was very difficult to use. Hotel directly in the plaza!

We stayed at this hotel for a night before departing from Barcelona. The location is fantastic, right in Plaza de España. The staff was very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Our room was upgraded to one with a wonderful view, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival. I can not say much of the food we did not have it in the hotel. Hot and humid

No air conditioning. Room is very warm and uncomfortable. Bad customer service. Was told to open window but cant because it has been raining so much. I even tried to open the door to cool the room off and the staff came and shut the door. This is Literally not cool. Hot and humid. Very Unacceptable....
