Squeeky junior suite bed killed romance

Booked junior suite but bed squeeked horribly and killed the romantic weekend. Sofa also a bit tired and needs replacing. Also hairdryer and mirror didn't work, which was a shame as room lovely and views from rooftop bar breathtaking. They also need to increase staff in the bars as took forever to be served ...

This hotel is in the Ramblas, near most of the "happenng" areas of Barcelona. A unique feature is the rooftop bar that has a 360 degree view of Barcelona. Taxi stand is conveniently right in front. Book your breakfast buffet at the check-in desk for $16 not online like Expedia for $18. If you're healthy, you can walk to the Maremagnum shopping center next to the scenic harbor, lots of tapas, fake namebrand bags, etc....
