Poorly managed and poorly maintained. The safe in our room was locked open when we arrived. Two staff members couldnt fix it after tinkering with it for over 30 min, promising to fix it tomorrow. Wasnt fixed when we checked out. Air conditioning worked only sporadically turning off in the middle of the night.

Nice hotel friendly staff. Room was clean and functional. It had a very large comfy bed, a sofa, chair and stool. Room also had kettle, coffee machine, fridge , sink and cooking rings although there wasnt any kitchen equipment. So if you wanted to use that youd have to have your own pans and utensils. Sadly I wont stay here again. The staff is very nice and polite. The hotel needs much improvement. The cleanliness is not food enough. The room service is not great. The area is quite unsafe with lots of drugs. Definitely dont walk around the hotel at night alone. I changed room as the first one was not clean and the second one was equally not very well cleaned. The toilet was also not cleaned. I am not sure if it ...

I wouldve given five stars if it hadnt been for the hotel dropping the ball
On our shuttle from the ferry, it made for a costly and stressful arrival.
The hotel itself was very nice, Ahmed was a very friendly front desk employee. The location for the hop on hop bus tours couldnt be better!! We found good coffee and food within a 4 min walk....

Very warm welcome by the staff. Easy check in. The front staff were amazing and helpful for our whole stay.
I was very apprehensive when I arrived as Id read lots of bad reviews about the rooms being awful and dirty. Our room was lovely. It was very clean. The bathroom was a great size and spotless.
Its a bit noisy from the traffic but it didnt affect our stay.
