The hotel is exceptional. All the staff are welcoming. The breakfast is perfect. The location is strategic. Near a supermarket and the metro. Just around 2 stops to the center....

Hotel was fab. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices of food and drink. Dinner at Selvas was fantastic, great atmosphere, food and service was . Great location with a direct train from the airport in about 20 minutes nd the metro into the city within 10 mins, meters/walking distance of the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location accessible by tram or train (don't miss the last train!!!), and totally exceeded our expectations. Larger than expected rooms, and decent beds. Views are not amazing as it appears to be mostly business area, but a great base from which to explore. We did not eat onsite as we choose to travel into town for that, but we will return. Friendly staff. One tip - do not allow taxis to take you back to the hot...

Bring your earplugs! Im staying here for a conference and am in a premium room but a low floor?!? Not premium if all you can hear is traffic noise. Room is also quite chilly. You can only control the room temp by 3 degrees. So Im wearing a robe under two duvets not great!
If there was no noise and room was a good temp, Id give this five stars but not sure how well Ill sleep..,...
