Ok the food was nice, good flavors, Mediterranean, but the service was really poor. I ordered a chai latte which was clearly just powder mix with too much powder, way too sweet and overpriced for what it was. So they replaced it but it arrived 20 minutes later without spoon and they just added water and a huge layer of cinnamon but I could not drink it without stirring. Could Not Recommend Zoku Enough

Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights as our home base for the Dutch Grand Prix. Rooms are plenty spacious with lots of storage. Room was clean. The ability to go to a closet on your floor and get extra towels, pillows, supplies, etc. is a fantastic option. Hotel and design is awesome Great location and the rooms are well kitted out for cooking yourself
Initial reception when checking in was very abrupt when I was told we were to early come back, I said can I store my bags and the lady took over
Also they dont have a coffee operating before 730? Am Doesnt make any sense
Hopefully management fixes these glitches up...

I love this place. Just a great space. You can get lost and find your own corner to work, chill out, read or whatever. If you'd like to dine, the food deal is many little dishes that you share with others...delightful. Warm welcome. I will be back....

Brunch experience at Zoku

Went for a lovely brunch at Zoku. Beautiful design, great food and amazing staff. Zoku team member Julio had a great suggestions on food choices and was very proffessional and friendly towards us. Guests and visitors definitely feel welcome here!
*One of the best rooftop terraces in Amsterdam....
