We booked through love holidays and expectations were exceeded. The hotel is amazing and so clean. Staff were so kind. George at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Couldnt recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be returning in the future....

stayed here with my wife on a short break to Amsterdam. The hotel was very clean and reception staff very welcoming. It is in a great location as its just a 5 min walk to Amsterdam sloterdijk station, where you can get the train (about 3 euros each way) straight into the centre of Amsterdam. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel but was not running whilst we were there, hence we used the train, which was ju...

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2024 and paid over 600.
We were horrified on our 3rd day to discover that the housekeeping staff had concealed with clean sheets, dried blood splattered all over the duvets. Every day the housekeeping staff would have seen the huge blood contamination all over the duvet, but covered the same in sheets hoping it wouldnt be discovered...

My husband and I stayed at the XO Hotels Park West in Amsterdam last week as part of a trip to visit the city for the first time. We had an amazing stay! Good 4 star hotel

We stayed from September 23 - 26, 2024.
Had a triple room as travelled with our adult daughter. Room is spacious and had a nice bathroom with good water pressure. The lighting in the room is dark and requires better lighting.
Good breakfast for 18 euros but no cut up fruits that you see in other hotels worldwide.
You cant cut an apple with a butter knife..thus the 4 star rating....
