Stayed for 4 nights December 2024. We were here at the same time the prior year, and stayed again this time due to the 24 hour bike hire and it being good value for Amsterdam (£85.00 per night for a twin). The location is great for the airport. Approx 10 minute walk from Lelylaan train station. The rooms are large, comfortable and with a clean and tidy bathroom. Perfect for a short break. Great transport links and modern room. We didn't have breakfast but it seemed poplar. The trams are very regular from just across the road. We would happily stay here again if we return to Amsterdam. Thanks for a great stay...

We were originally supposed to be at xo park west but when we arrived there they said our reservation had somehow been cancelled and said they can move us to their sister hotel and paid for our taxi to get there: this hotel is really modern and nice, self check in, self check out, bar, room was really modern and nice and comfortable...

Had a lovely time at Xo Hotels Couture for a city break! the hotel is nice and modern, and the room we stayed in (1013) was clean with a lovely shower. The staff were very smiley and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient with a tram line opposite the building, and supermarkets nearby in case you need some essentials, including a Lidl and Albert Heijn. I checked in. The hotel seemed pretty dirty in the hallways, but in fairness it has black carpet so that is easy to see crumbs and dirt. In the room, as I always do I checked for bed bugs. Here is the photo of the mattress, you decide. The hotel refused to refund my prepaid money. Avoid...
