Had a lovely time at Xo Hotels Couture for a city break! the hotel is nice and modern, and the room we stayed in (1013) was clean with a lovely shower. The staff were very smiley and friendly. The location of the hotel is super convenient with a tram line opposite the building, and supermarkets nearby in case you need some essentials, including a Lidl and Albert Heijn. I checked in. The hotel seemed pretty dirty in the hallways, but in fairness it has black carpet so that is easy to see crumbs and dirt. In the room, as I always do I checked for bed bugs. Here is the photo of the mattress, you decide. The hotel refused to refund my prepaid money. Avoid...

Hotel was 100% everything we required tram foodstore trains one min walk away beautiful area safe every part of the hotel was very mod & spotless staff from reception to cleaning so pleasant &helpful quiet room comfortable bed a d soft pillows very modern bathroom also very spacious

Clean and exactly what we wanted and expected

We were a group of 11 and stayed in the hotel for 2 nights without breakfast. The rooms were clean and we only came in and out to sleep or get ready. I was very happy about the coffee machine :)
I could have done without the carpet since I am not a fan but I have to say it felt quite clean.
The personal was very nice and helpful also in finding a nice cafe close by. The tram in front of the hotel is perfect....

A pleasant stay in Amsterdam

A very good hotel, well located, with a Line 2 tram station at the front, allowing to leave the car in the internal parking.
Modern, well fitted and soundproofed rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast for those who choose to have it inside.
All in all a very good experience, for a reasonable price....
