Not a 4* hotel experience

This was definitely not a 4* hotel experience. The hotel is located right behind a shopping center with small stores. There is a parking garage (not associated with the hotel) right next-door. The beds were comfortable. Those were the good parts of the experience. However, the carpets were filthy, the bathroom had mold and mildew, and the entire place was fairly run down....

The location of XO Blue Tower is excellent and a short walk to the bus stop that has routes into the centre. It is outside of the central area but this wasn't a problem at all thanks to the transport services.
I stayed on a Wednesday night so the price was very appealing.
The hotel was clean, warm and high quality furnishings....

Reasonable hotel - good breakfast

We found this hotel to be reasonable, there is a quad bed option for a family and the breakfast is good.
The downside is that its 40 minutes out from the centre and there is nothing going on in bos um lommer, we couldnt even find a bar nearby.
There is nothing bar at the hotel in the evening either, staff are friendly and there is a safe in the room.

The worst place I have ever stayed!

We were staying at the XO hotel and I put my headphones on the room side with the windows closed. The hotel cleaners came in and decided to open the windows. It rained and my headphones got damaged. Following this I reported it to the hotel staff and they could not care less, they told me to write an email. Following this my pillow was extremely uncomfortable ...

MONEY STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM

We stayed here for my daughters 21st birthday. The hotel was ok (it is more a 3 star than 4 star) but when we got home, we realised the staff had stolen £200 from our room. My daughter had her birthday money hidden at the bottom of her suitcase so someone had gone through her suitcase to find it.
