Brilliant hotel with brilliant staff! Was in Amsterdam for my girlfriends birthday and the hotel and staff were amazing. Even were given a wee voucher for two drinks at the sky bar as a happy birthday gift!
Rooms lovely and clean, little room for improvement with cleaning but not unclean by any means at all just not as spotless as youd expect, but again, not unclean at all, everything was very clean!

Great stay.
Hotel is located a bit away from the centre but right next to a tram stop which took about 15 minutes to centre.
Hotel was clean and perfect for a few days away.
Simple train from airport to the hotel.
Staff were lovely and bag drop available at reception...

The hotel is a good choice for a stay in Amsterdam - it's outside the centre, yes, but easy to get to by tram (the best stop for it is Surinameplein, and it's a short 6-min trip from Schipol to Lelylaan Station), the rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, it has a pool, a decent restaurant, etc. We had a perfectly comfortable stay here - the beds are comfy and it was quiet.

The hotel was clean, the bedding comfortable, the breakfast was great with many choices, the staff was attentive and helpful but the design of the rooms was different by American standards. The bathroom had a window into the rest of the room and privacy in the shower was non-existent. The bathroom had a glass door again compromising privacy.

My partner and I stayed here last weekend it was our first time away to Amsterdam. The hotel was fantastic upon waiting to check in we were treated by a lovely staff member that gave not only us but everyone in the lobby a complimentary glass of prosecco. Our room was stunning the beds were so comfortable our room/bathroom was spotless. We did only have breakfast which was 10 out of 10. So much to choose from. The sw...
