Nice hotel. Breakfast good, staff helpful and very centrally located. Room on the small side with new bathroom BUT the carpet in our room 113 was filthy. Not sure if they are in the process of renos because all else in the room looked fairly newish. Would recommend but hopefully carpet either cleaned or replaced. We stayed 3 nights and there was no clean. You could get fresh towels and toilet paper if needed. A...

The reception area is very presentable and clean, and the receptionists were very lovely but need trained a bit better I think there was new people in. Carpets could be replaced and it would look so much better. 60 euro city tax when you arrive but the people at the other desk got it for 32 ??. We were given such a small room for 2 people, we had to complain and get the room changed as the 09 rooms are NOT big enou...

Stayed in the triple room on the 1st floor 112
The room was an amazing size and there was plenty of space for 3 people
My only issue was the gap to get to the toilet! It was very small! The sink unit is too big and the corner of the unit has not been curved off so very uncomfortable trying to get on and off the toilet! Other than that we had a fantastic stay
Loved the weighted pillows we had! Bedding was very clean....

Hotel location is perfect. Quite area just minutes walk from the main area, Dam square.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are small but have everything you need and ver comfortable. I am not a fan of the glass walls and door of the bathroom. But that just personal opinion, bathroom should be private.
Lovely free tea and coffee in reception.
Breakfast is very nice but overpriced.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Westcord City Centre Hotel in Amsterdam! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. I had requested a simple birthday message for my friend, and to our delight, they surprised us with a lovely card, multiple balloons, and delicious little macarons in the roomit was such a thoughtful touch!
