I stayed in a Superior King. The room was amazing i slept through till the morning and could have stayed in bed all day. The staff in the hotel make it extra special. I went to the Zoo Opposite on Christmas Morning. The tram links are great also. Straight from the train station....

The hotel is very nice! Great breakfast, down side no bay nor lobby area no restaurant...the bed was terrible and very little lighting in the room, but overall a nice hotel :-) I liked the hotel but would only stay again if they had a bar/lobby area that was open......

Amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and professional. We got upgraded when we arrived at the hotel as well which was great. Very close to dam square and the centre, most main attractions within walking distance. There was also a tram right outside which was super handy to take in and out. would highly recommend!...

Pillows and blanket very comfortable, and we had great customer service. Great location as a lot of attractions are walkable, but the tram also stops right around hotel if needed. Rooms were clean but a bit small, but that is to be expected. Only complaint was the room was a little on the warm side....

Start with the positives
Staff helpful.
Great location. Take # 14 tram right outside hotel into the centre.
You can actually walk, it takes around 18 min, but you do get to see a lot more doing this.
Great Kabab house in the corner that prepares fresh food and you can sit in. A couple of other nice places to eat in this area.
ARTIS museum, zoo , Holocaust Museum and Theatre House just 2 mins walk.
