Beautiful hotel with great accommodation and views in a quiet part of town.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with sitting area and kitchenette.
A little away from he main tourist area but you can hire bikes (adults only), get the local bus or walk 40 mins.
Nearby supermarket....

My experience at the July Boat & Co. was fantastic! The facilities were clean and modern. I enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen in my unit along with a gym. The view of the waterfront was amazing!

Very comfortable apartment hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and very cosy furnished. Hotel is in a very quiet area. You can sleep with your windows open without any noticeable noice. Hotel has its own parking garage, Hotel is a bit out of the city center. I for sure would stay here again....

This hotel was nice but has some major issues.
The main problem was how cold the room was, front desk staff was nice but didn't offer much help. Apparently the fan remains on at all times, and not sure why heat isn't an option?! We slept with bathrobes on, since it was so cold! They didn't offer or have space heaters!

Its my second time in the hotel, yet I did not understand the service provided, it is a nice hotel and location,
But the service they have is very strict and no exceptions, it feels that it is stuck between being a hotel or apartments, the reception does not entertain any requests such as day extensions or provide options to similar matters, or even give any kind of reactions.
