The staff is most helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were comfortable and we felt safe. Our continental breakfast was well appointed. The location is wonderful as well. We were able to walk from the train station, Ann Frank House and many restaurants and shops....

Not as advertised and no apologies from staff. The room types included at the hotel, per their website, are not exclusive on their amenities/inclusions. As in their penthouse shows it comes with a balcony and a tub in the room but thats only one of their penthouses. As we tell them upon checkin that we were disappointed that the room didnt have the promised features we were most excited about, theres no apology ...

Really enjoyed my stay here. Reserved a single bed room for one person (myself). Excellent location close to Amsterdam Central station. Plenty of closeby places to eat and have a drink. While the street was full of action, my room was super quiet thanks to the noise cancelation windows. Lovely view of the city from my room as well along with a modern design for the room. This was my 3rd or 4th time at The Bank. I enjoyed the hotel previously but was a bit disappointed this time. In brief, too expensive for what it offers. Basically the same facilities as before, room is good and almost no interaction with staff. Stayed for 2 nights and room was not cleaned which was a surprise. I'm sure this was written somewhere but for the price I paid, making the bed was the minimum....

Honeymoon in Amsterdam

My husband and I spent the last 2 nights of our honeymoon in Amsterdam. We were so pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the penthouse suite that had the most incredible view of Amsterdam I have ever seen. They even wrote a handwritten card and put balloons in our room. I mean - how amazing is that?!
