After a long flight, we arrived at this hotel only to find a self check-in system with minimal support. The check-in process took around 35 minutes due to only two staff members handling numerous guests. This lack of assistance removed any personal touch and left a poor first impression.

The reason why I chose this hotel was a good balance between price and quality. At the end, I was pretty satisfied with the whole even though I would pinpoint at one downside.

I booked this hotel because I was attending a training course in Bijlmer and wanted somewhere easy to get to from Schiphol, Bijlmer and the city. The Ruby Emma was perfect for this as it's right beside a metro station offering easy connections.

Nice and clean hotel, modern rooms and all in all a good experience. There was a problem with finding our reservation when we arrived, and you see what it means that there is no reception (the bar is in charge of reception duties). So an hour wasted upon arrival.
Location is somewhat off for central Amsterdam, but neighbourhood is OK, many new appartment buildings and no one in the streets - feels deserted....

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Im trying to change the date of my biking even though it is available they want the price of the booking again to change the date!
