The food in breakfast was average. Not much in terms of hot items such as fried or scrambled eggs.
Check in experience was poor. I was told to use self check in. I did that but the room key won't update. After failing a few times, the lady at the reception then checked me in. After a long-haul flight, it was not what i wanted.

I honestly dont even feel like wasting my time on even giving this a review, however I want others to beware of how bad this hotel is!
We stayed for 3 nights for a nice little trip to Amsterdam, all was good, apart from the actual stay at this hotel!

Great hotel in good location. It's quite technology friendly as everything was controlled from iPads including TV, lights etc.
Bed was comfortable and the room is modern, it was a comfortable space.
Breakfast was good with great choices.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Definitely will use again....

As you can read from my other reviews on hotels and other things, I normally always leave very good reviews because I am happy but THIS HOTEL SERVICE...
First and foremost, they don't have as 99% of all other hotels - a reception with a service desk!!!

Fantastic hotel very friendly staff great location I highly recommend this hotel we are just back and planning our return 5 stars looking forward to our return the room and bed were great the cocktails were amazing and very friendly bar staff...
