Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Great view from King Corner Suite. Staff at reception were friendly, efficient and professional. Only had breakfast one day: it was fine, service a bit hit and miss but overall good. Highly recommended. Well be back!...

We had an incredible stay at Room Mate Aitana in Amsterdam. The hotel went above and beyond to make my wifes birthday extra special with their thoughtful birthday package and impeccable service. Bad service. The facility is also nice too bad about the disorganization of the staff. Our experience can be summarized as: keys to other people's rooms, beds not made, and disabled cards. After the various mistakes made in the management of our stay we were not even given an acceptable apology. I do not recommend it...

I had a very unpleasant experience with the hotel management after their cleaning crew thew away 7 days of medications and the hotel didn't take any responsibility. Instead the room service manager told me if my medications were critical I should storing them in a safe place (thus their $400/night rooms should not be considered a safe space).
