Where to start? Stayed here for a special birthday, The hotel is immaculate, modern and central for Amsterdams attractions. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, they really do go above and beyond! Special thanks to the wonderful Paloma! (Pay rise required) who stopped at nothing short to make our trip extra special! Thank you again Paloma.. you are an asset to the hotel.....

We thought this was a great hotel with oversized rooms. Everything was neat and tidy and it wasnt too far from the main train station. My son particularly appreciated the marshmallows and lollies in the lobby!

We were stolen from

During our stay at Room Mate Aitana we were stolen from. Valuable items disappeared from our room and the hotel staff didn't show any interest in helping us. The manager told us that he was going to contact us but he never did. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It reminded us more of Fawlty Towers than a real hotel....

A great 4 star hotel with a 5 star experience
Booked through booking.com
Amazing location - close to the train station and reasonable walking distance to the city centre.
Rooms had a great view.
The common lounge was amazing to sit down and chat till late hours.
A great experience overall....

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Great view from King Corner Suite. Staff at reception were friendly, efficient and professional. Only had breakfast one day: it was fine, service a bit hit and miss but overall good. Highly recommended. Well be back!...
