After an exhausting trip from New York, I arrived about 5:00 PM in Merzig. The Roemer was very close to the train station and after checking in and showering, I had a terriffic dinner in the Roemer dining room. I actually ran into a couple of guys that I had biked with on previous trips. The room and bed were very quiet and comfortable. I would stay and dine at the Roemer again....

Great Hotel and Resturant

Very nice hotel close to Rail station and convenient to town. The Romer resturant serves a fine breakfast buffet to those staying at the hotel. The resturant is open to the public for lunch and dinner. We had a nice lunch one day and a very delightful dinner anothert day....

Ich war die letzen zwei Jahre mehrfach im Römer. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Eigentlich würde ich gerne 3.5 anstatt 3 Sterne vergeben, also "gut" anstatt "befriedigent". Aber die Möglichkeit gibt es leider nicht. Warum nicht sehr gut: Die Abendkarte ist immer gleich, es werden keine Gerichte ausgetauscht. Da ich kein Fleisch esse, bestelle ich Fisch. Der Fisch war immer gut, keine Frage. Aber es...

Im Römer gibt es einen leckeren Mittagstisch zu fairen Preisen. Schönes Ambiente und sehr guter Service. Aussenterrasse ist im Sommer empfehlenswert....
