This is the perfect location for discovering Amsterdam. We had a lovely welcome from the reception on arrival with a welcome drink and a gift when they realised it was my husbands birthday. The bar staff were also great and they also greeted you with a friendly smile every time you passed. Breakfast was excellent too. Definitely will come back....

We booked two rooms for three nights at the Park Centraal. The check in experience was pleasant, the front desk staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick and efficient. You are offered a welcome drink during your check-in process. You have your choice of alcohol of they also offer you a soft drink voucher that you can redeem at their bar. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a luxurious feel to it with very friendly and helpful staff .The rooms are well equipped with a lovely shower and extremely comfortable beds. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms along with a minibar ,safe ,hairdryer, TV and complimentary toiletries. I love all the intimate seating areas around the hotel and the pool table . We were greeted by Enrique who was particularly friendly and helpful with his recommendations. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
All of the staff were friendly and breakfast was really good.
I would definitely like to return to stay there again....

Unbelievably Extortionate pricing with lots of hidden fees. The hotel is clean, the design is great, the rooms are ok (allot smaller than photos suggest) but the prices to do anything here make it a place I definitely would not return too. Me and my partner ordered two drinks at the bar only to find that cost 40 I had a beer she had a large wine..wtaf. breakfast was 25 euros per day and upon checking in you have to...
