We booked two rooms for three nights at the Park Centraal. The check in experience was pleasant, the front desk staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a luxurious feel to it with very friendly and helpful staff .The rooms are well equipped with a lovely shower and extremely comfortable beds. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms along with a minibar ,safe ,hairdryer, TV and complimentary toiletries. I love all the intimate seating areas around the hotel and the pool table . We were greeted by Enrique who was particularly friendly and helpful with his recommendations. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
All of the staff were friendly and breakfast was really good.
I would definitely like to return to stay there again....

Unbelievably Extortionate pricing with lots of hidden fees. The hotel is clean, the design is great, the rooms are ok (allot smaller than photos suggest) but the prices to do anything here make it a place I definitely would not return too. Me and my partner ordered two drinks at the bar only to find that cost 40 I had a beer she had a large wine..wtaf. breakfast was 25 euros per day and upon checking in you have to...

My partner and I just stayed at the hotel for two nights and would 100% return. The hotel feels really luxurious as soon as you walk in the doors and has a gorgeous smell too! We were really happy with our room on 5th floor overlooking the canal, it was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfy.
