Be prepared for a very small and weird bathroom configuration. While the room itself was clean and functional, the layout of the bathroom left much to be desired. The shower's proximity to everything made it awkward to move around as everything got wet, and the lack of storage or counter space added to the inconvenience. Lovely modern, clean and friendly hotel, was a bit apprehensive after reading about noise and drain smells but experienced neither . We were on the 7th floor - Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bedding did not appear to be of poor quality, room was spotless, great shower and selection in the mini bar. Although the rooms were small, as European rooms are, it was very nice. Clean, bed comfortable, and staff very friendly and very helpful. We stayed 3 nights.
Centrally located to everything we wanted to do.
Breakfast was very good. Bar was good 2 out of 3 nights. One evening the bar was extremely busy and only 1 bartender. We ordered very simple cocktails and they took over 30 minutes to get. They were not good �...

Small dark rooms with the toilet and shower close to the bed. Damp smell in the room. The bedding seems to be 100% polyester, so it is like sleeping under plastic, so it's very uncomfortable. The room on floor 4Z has an electric transformer outside the door, so there is a buzzing noise all night. The halls are full of housekeeping trolleys. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. Location - Excellent in front of canal Close to public transport and small supermarket
Decor - really good both reception area and room (downside was shower was leaking as seal needs replacing if shower head not in right place)
(Downside was strong smell of drains on venturing from reception area to lifts)
Bed in room fabulous (pillows duvet etc enable us to have really good rest and sleep) !!!
