Worst hotel I have ever stayed in:
We arrived around 8pm from the airport and were totally taken aback the the attitude and poor welcome of the staff he was so rude and moody and couldn't even look up when talking to us about our booking. We were then charged city tax - when I had asked for what exactly that was for he did not have an answer for it, reluctantly I did go to pay with the cash I had taken for my holiday...

Hotel is not 5 mins from the ziggo dome more like 18 min walk
Bar was totally useless only bottle of Heineken small for over 5 euros each no food reception un helpful please book elsewhere near civilization this is like an industrial estate with no shops ...

Nice stay but spoilt by being ripped off

It really saddens me to write this review as we had a nice stay at the hotel ,however I have a serious concern.
I'll start with the stay
Hotel is nice ..our room was small but adequate for our needs .. room advertised as deluxe however it's not what I would call deluxe .
Either way it was clean and comfortable .
We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant and bar looked nice as well as the chilled out part at the...

The hotel was very good and staff were helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed, safe, fridge, hairdryer and an iron. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately for us the restaurant is not open for other meals on a weekend. The hotel is in a business park, with no facilities for tourists, and is about a 30 minute train ride into central Amsterdam.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms clean and tidy. I had great time. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Good location, people are very vrendli and nice all around, me and my femilie are super happy with alll what team das for as in the last 7 days...
