Disappointed to have chosen this place , firstly its more of a 2 star not 3 and for the price I paid for 2 nights I could of got a nicer hotel right I'm the center.
We booked a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together and 2 separate duvets.
Room is very outdated carpet and curtains must be 50 years old .
Room got cold overnight so I'm guessing they turn off the heat , I got up to check the 50 year old radiator a...

Great location and good value for a short break

Perfect location very near to Dam Square/Royal Palace. Great welcome and we were able to leave our bags in the secure luggage store while we went off to explore before returning to check in later.
Theres a small lift which is useful if youve big luggage but the stairs are manageable for most. Big room overlooking internal courtyard so views werent great but at least there was no noise from the street. Mini safe a...

I booked this hotel a couple of days before I was due to arrive and cancelled a booking I had with another 3 star hotel due to the better location for this hotel. I was so disappointed and gutted I didn't stay with the other place. Firstly let me start with the positives. It is a decent location. Not fantastic and not terrible but decent. Location is great other than that it was terrible dirty rooms, dated and full of sink flies was a struggle to sleep and they had messed up my room booking when I arrived. Wouldn't recommend visiting. They removed all my items out the room assuming I had checked out in the morning when hadn't, left my passport in the room! Not with the rest of my belongings...

I give the hotel a 3 star. Location for Amsterdam centre is good and close to shops and restaurants. Over the road is a good coffee shop called abraxas good chill out vibes. You will have to pay EU charge which is about 70 euros. Lift in hotel is fitted for 3 people but very small space. Tv is abit bad with only a few channels that are English, the stairs are very steep and the view we had out the window was not goo...
