i'll not book this hotel if I go to AMS again because the elevator cannot take travellers to each floor. The elevator cannot go to the floors including the rooms like 417, 418, 217, 218, 317, 318 , etc....

The room was very cold, the heating was not working, and the rooms and service were not suitable at all. The prices are better, but there are better ones at lower prices....

I have Been to Amstetdam 14 times now as I love the place, but my mum came for her birthday so I chose this hotel for the first time to make it a bit more special for her. Hotel was banging and I have already booked to cone back here for hubby's birthday in December. Room was decent albeit a but small but I don't go dam to stay inside so ok generally.
