The rooms are spacious (I had a double bed in a superior room). Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were lovely. However some rooms have mechanical noise from outside which disturbed my sleep. However the staff was able to move me to a quiet room the following night.

Nice and clean rooms, helpful and enthusiastic front desk, supermarkets, pharmacy, ferry in the vicinity. Lovely Bar in the hotel...

Great hotel. Ms Raabia is wonderful and the entire staff is always very helpful! The sandwich counter is great for a quick bite. The NH Noord location is close to Centraal Station but yet offers great biking outside the city just minutes away with the bikes they have available....

Friendly staff, clean hotel, free van service to the ferry. I would stay again and recommend to others visiting Amsterdam.
The room was a good size for 2 people and the bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked.
The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a miscommunication about check-out time, but they were accommodating and stored my bags while I explored.

The hotel was great in terms of location, room size and service but the bed was hard and pillows were flat and extremely uncomfortable. I was there for 4 days so sleep was an issue. The breakfast was really expensive too so decided not to have it. The hotel provide a free shuttle service to the ferry which is excellent. ...
