Excellent room with plenty of space, very comfortable beds and good amenities. Lovely bathroom with plenty of complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was marvellous, with lots of choices but the machine coffee was a bit disappointing. The King William III bar is really good, normal hotel prices for drinks and pretty good menu. Good affordable hotel in okay location

The rooms are spacious (I had a double bed in a superior room). Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were lovely. However some rooms have mechanical noise from outside which disturbed my sleep. However the staff was able to move me to a quiet room the following night.
I was originally in room 264 which was unbearable. The outside machine (air conditioning) turned on every 15 minutes and caused a loud humming noise and...

Nice and clean rooms, helpful and enthusiastic front desk, supermarkets, pharmacy, ferry in the vicinity. Lovely Bar in the hotel...

Great hotel. Ms Raabia is wonderful and the entire staff is always very helpful! The sandwich counter is great for a quick bite. The NH Noord location is close to Centraal Station but yet offers great biking outside the city just minutes away with the bikes they have available....

Friendly staff, clean hotel, free van service to the ferry. I would stay again and recommend to others visiting Amsterdam.
The room was a good size for 2 people and the bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked.
The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a miscommunication about check-out time, but they were accommodating and stored my bags while I explored.
