The hotel is wonderful, the staff are incredible, all so lovely and helpful. It was my birthday and I was there for work, but I felt very spoilt, I had balloons, and a card and some decorations
The bed was so comfortable, all the facilities were great...

Love the location, not in the middle of the touristy area, but easily accessible to the tram, which is the best way to travel around Amsterdam. The city centre or central station is just a few stops away. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel.

This hotel has the most uncomfortable beds we never slept on. The bed was hard as a rock and you could feel each coil in the mattress since there was very little padding on top of them. As soon as we checked into the room and sat on the bed we each said "Oh no!". We asked for a different room with a softer bed and were told that all the beds in the hotel were the same and gave us an extra comforter to put under us...

This hotel was a great place to stay. We could walk to many museums and restaurants. The hotel room was small, sleep and worked for us. The hotel staff were so friendly. I particularly liked how if you gave up daily service of cleaning, you earned a ticket for a free drink at the bar! While a small token, it was very thoughtful. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable....
